About the position
The Customer Support Team is one of our company’s main focal points, bridging the gap between users and Dev/Product teams. Our agents work on various tasks such as examining and solving issues, instructing users on how to best utilize the platform, analyzing reports, staying in constant touch with the Any.do community and constantly implementing new ways of achieving higher efficiency and better client satisfaction.
Being part of the team means working in a highly dynamic technical environment, investigating issues via multiple devices and working with various platforms. It requires patience and thinking outside the box in order to deliver the best and most precise solutions to each of our users. The team is also involved in various ongoing projects which require great multitasking abilities. Time management skills are crucial as we encourage agents to work independently.
Who we're looking for ( 80%-100% position)
A highly motivated individual with strong technical skills or technical orientation. A person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a strong professional team. A quick learner who is able to tackle complex issues in a designated time frame, while juggling multiple projects throughout the day.
